Will cleaning my oven create a smell?
No, the cleaning products used are odourless any smells that occur may come from used grease when we remove from the oven.
Does my oven need to be working?
Yes, we require all ovens to be working this is for both our piece of mind, if your oven isn’t working we can arrange this to be fixed.
Are there any parts of the oven you don’t clean?
No, we clean the whole oven However, we will not do anything which is detrimental to you appliance, if the roof of the oven is covered with an element and it is not possible to get fully behind the element without breaking it, we will not risk causing damage.
Can you clean self-cleaning ovens?
All ovens get dirty and need cleaning. We won’t use our cleaning paste on your ‘stay clean panels’ but we will clean them and if they are removable we will remove them and clean behind them.
Do you clean in-between the glass?
Yes, we clean all sides of the glass unless it’s a sealed unit for it may cause damage if we split the doors to clean inside, we will always inform you before we do.
Do you protect the floor?
Yes, we use dust sheets to protect your floor, however we ask you try to keep the floor and work surfaces around as clear as possible.
How long after the clean can I use my oven?
You can use your oven straight away as soon as we have gone.
How long will the process take?
The clean can take from 1 hour for a single oven, up to 2 hours for a large Range cooker or AGA. A standard freestanding cooker, or double oven plus hob, will take up to 2 hours to clean.
Will you use my sink?
We do not clean anything in your sink we use your sink to rinse your racks down to keep hygiene levels high.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured to cover any damage should any damage be caused.
How often should I have my oven professionally cleaned?
This depends on how often the oven is used and what is cooked in it. An oven that is regularly used will need more regular visits than an oven that is used once a week or only to cook ‘ready meals’. We recommend a clean every 6 month but you may find that yearly is enough or if you have a large family or regular dinner parties, you may need us more often.

We accept cash, card, credit card and BACS unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.
